Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
Laabdhi Outsource India Services Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Laabdhi”) provides accounting, payroll, and tax services to businesses across India, the UK, the USA, and Canada. Our refund and cancellation policy outlines the terms under which clients may request cancellations and refunds.
2. Services
Laabdhi offers outsourced accounting, payroll, and tax services based on fixed-term contracts or service agreements. These services are customized based on the client’s specific requirements.
3. Cancellation Policy
Termination by Client: Clients may terminate their agreement with Laabdhi by providing a 30-day notice in writing. The client will be responsible for any services rendered up until the termination date.
Early Termination Fee: If a client terminates the contract before the agreed-upon service duration (e.g., before 1 year), Laabdhi reserves the right to charge an early termination fee equivalent to 10% of the total contract value.
Termination by Laabdhi: Laabdhi reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately upon the occurrence of any breach by the client, including but not limited to non-payment or failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Refund Policy
No Refunds for Completed Services: Laabdhi does not offer refunds for services that have already been provided or delivered.
Partial Refunds: If services have been partially rendered, the client may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the work completed, less any administrative fees.
Dispute Resolution: Clients may raise disputes regarding the quality of services provided within 30 days from the date of service completion. Any refund granted as a result of the dispute will be at Laabdhi’s discretion.
5. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of confirmation and credited to the original payment method used by the client.
