Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Hemal Parikh is a Co-founder and CEO of Laabdhi Outsource India Services Pvt Ltd and Partner with Hemal Parikh & Co which is a CA firm which has expertise in Taxation, Audit and Consultancy.

Mr. Hemal Parikh earned degree of Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University and perused Chartered Accountant from ICAI.

He has expertise in conducting various types of audits and particularly Internal Audit, Bank audits like Statutory Audits, Concurrent Audit and Stock/Book debts audits. Hemal Parikh is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has over 14 years of experience in outsourcing industry.

Prior to his involvement with Laabdhi which he co-founded in 2007 along with Samir Ambavi, Hemal Parikh had Worked with RSM Mc-Gladrey FPO India Pvt Ltd (A subsidiary of RSM international the 7th Largest Accounting firm in the World) for 7 years as Senior Project Manager.

In RSM, Hemal Parikh has been instrumental in transition of major financial outsourcing projects from USA to India which helped set up the complete process.

Samir Ambavi, CA

Co-Founder and Managing Director

Samir Ambavi is a Co-founder and MD of Laabdhi Outsource India Services Pvt Ltd.

Mr. Samir Ambavi earned degree of Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University and perused Chartered Accountant from ICAI. Samir is a qualified Chartered accountant and has over 18 years of experience in outsourcing industry.

Prior to his involvement with Laabdhi, he ran the Operations department of RSM Mc-Gladrey FPO India Pvt Ltd for 2 years as Operations Manager and successfully managed a team of 100 people.

He completely handled Financial and Accounting Processes for around 1000 + US based clients of the company.

His expertise also includes handling any complexities projects and completing the projects within the timelines and ensuring all SLA are met After serving RSM he worked with Kale Consultants Limited as Project Manager. He was instrumental in transition of Several Airlines revenue accounting processes from across various countries.

Currently he solely manages the operation and business developments of Laabdhi. He also oversees the company’s business strategy with an emphasis on client care, new business development and the proactive use of technology to secure business advantage.

Anirudh Shah, B.Com

Director- Business Development & Marketing

Anirudh Shah – Director heading the Business and Client Development across all the Business Functions of Laabdhi Outsource India Services Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Anirudh Shah earned degree of Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University and has over 18 years of experience in Accounting and Taxation Expertise services during his prior Job Career.

Prior to his involvement with Laabdhi, he was looking after the Commercial Operations department of India Largest Telecom Network Reliance Infocomm Ltd He also played an instrumental role as Global Accounts Payable Analyst of a subsidiary Company of US based Listed Company Jabil Circuit Inc., Jabil Circuit India Pvt Ltd

He has expertise in understanding the Client Requirements in terms of their Outsourcing Requirements and fulfilling the same with the Resource available to get the best of the Outsourcing Benefits to the Clients with desired results and achieving the highest level of customer Satisfaction.

Anirudh Shah oversees the Company’s Business Development Strategy with an emphasis on Customer Satisfaction and result orientation planning.

Allen Noronha

Project Manager

A Project Management Professional with 27 years of demonstrated success in field of Airline Accounting, Project Management and Transition. Expert in need analysis, project scoping, risk assessment, cross functional collaboration, and project deployment.

Act as the Project Manager for assigned large, complex projects and successful project delivery including full project life cycle from initiation to deployment of some of the large, mid-size and BOT Airlines & F&A outsourcing projects.

• Large Projects: Saudia Airlines, Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways, Air India and LAN TAM Airways
• Medium & Small Projects: British Midland, Air Malta and Finnair, Bangkok Airways, Air Seychelles, COPA Airlines.
• BOT: Successfully executed a Build Operate and Transfer (BOT) project for Etihad- A reverse transition process transitioned back to Abu Dhabi (AlAin) for a newly entity GBSS Etihad.

Currently at Laabdhi from Jul-21 successfully implemented below projects

• Transition of financial & accounting outsourcing project of Zipgrid, “My Aashiana” a housing society management company responsible for society management and accounting for 200 plus housing societies.
• BOT – Successfully implemented infrastructure project of Accurate Background Business Processing India Pvt. LTD i.e Build a captive working location, BOT includes office setup, running of operations, admin, HR, finance, payroll, compliances, IT support services, cafeteria, housekeeping, and transport. Latter transition as per agreed timelines to the customer
• BOT implementation in progress of Infrastructure project – Vetty Global Solutions India Private Limited
